As a graphic designer you'll need to listen to senior management on requirement and understand the needs before making design decisions A graphic designer works on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays, corporate communications and corporate identity, i.e. giving organisations a visual 'brand'.
You'll work to a brief agreed with the account manager and will develop creative ideas and concepts. The appropriate media and style must be chosen to meet the businesses objectives.
The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Responsible for selling New Way International voice/mobile data products and services to carrier/wholesale customers in the Europe. Focus on penetrating new customer organizations using existing contacts and establishing new ones. Grow and develop relationships with key decision makers within targeted accounts, targeted markets, and assigned territories.
Interface with employees throughout the company from individual contributors to senior executive management. Provide input, analysis, and comments as needed to ensure understanding of sales/market needs and activities.
Interface with customers on a frequent and regular basis to include senior executive level contacts. Principal face to the customer, representing the company to the client community
Responsible for the achievement of revenue targets for the assigned region/accounts. Assist in the development of sales plan to address the defined customer market to ensure New Way International is well positioned to win business. Act as the primary interface with customers on all sales related activity from opportunity identification to contract signature. Handle all aspects of the sales cycle, including but not limited to, proposal generation, contract negotiations, communication both internal and external of provisioning status, and assistance on customer issues after installation. Ensure processes and procedures are adhered to for opportunity reporting, proposal/quote development/delivery, contracting and ordering The employee must accomplish his activities while complying with the documented procedures currently in effect. Be sure to follow the rules regarding the segregation of duties for purchases and sales. Assist in definition of market demands for product enhancements and developments and provide tactical feedback regarding market trends and competitive intelligence.
New Way International Ltd is a global distributor of brand new mobile phones, tablets, accessories and consumer electronic goods, require a Telesales Executive to join their busy team and assist Senior Management. The role holder will be responsible for developing sales strategies that would maximize company profits and proactively drive the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be innovative and forward thinking, with a high level of technical and analytical skills as well as previous Sales experience. This is a permanent position based in Feltham. We are offering a competitive salary and an element of flexibility with working hours.
To be successful at this role, the candidate will ideally have previous Sales experience and be IT literate and efficient in all of the standard Microsoft Office programs.
